Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before the product is shipped out. If an order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. Please note that we are unable to cancel items that have already been shipped, as they have been handed over to our courier partners and cannot be intercepted.
30-Day Easy Return Policy
30-Day Easy Return
At per4ev, we offer a 30-Day Easy Return policy. This means that if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can submit a return request by emailing us at support@pet4ev.com (Link). Your return request will be processed within 48 hours of submission.
Return Conditions
- Time Limit: The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the item being delivered.
- Item Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and placed in its original packaging.
- Shipping Costs: For non-defective items, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the cost of the item, excluding any shipping costs. Depending on your banking institution, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 3 to 20 business days.

Returns and Exchange Process

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if you have received the wrong or a faulty product, please email us at support@pet4ev.com (Link) immediately. Please attach a picture or video of the item(s) showing the original packaging and the defective part for quicker assistance.
2. Get the Return Address
We will provide you with a return address via email.
Please note that returning the package by rejecting it upon delivery is not possible, as we are unable to receive it in most cases. You need to contact us via email for suggestions on the next steps. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the loss of the package.

3. Return the Item(s)
- Incorrect or Faulty Items: If we have delivered an incorrect or faulty item to you, we will offer an exchange or refund at our cost as quickly as possible.
- Other Reasons: If you wish to return an item because it is unsuitable for your pet, doesn’t fit, or you have changed your mind, you will need to arrange the return at your own cost.
4. Receive a Replacement or Refund
We will send you the replacement tracking information as soon as possible via email. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 3-20 business days, depending on your banking institution.
